摘要
近几年来,我国一些企业出现了比较严重的劳资冲突事件,这使得研究和构建和谐的劳动关系成为我国经济社会发展中的迫切课题,构建和谐劳动关系对促进企业健康发展和维护员工的切身利益都具有重要的实践价值和理论意义。从员工和组织双向视角探讨构建和谐劳动关系的途径,期望对我国企业管理实践有一定的启示。
In recent years, there are some serious labor and capital conflicts in some Chinese enterprises, which becomes an ur- gent task to research and build a harmonious labor relations for the economic and social development in China. And it has important theoretical significance and practical value to build harmonious labor relations because it can promote enterprise development and safeguard the vital interests of employees. In this paper,it explores the ways to build a harmonious labor relations based two - way perspectives which is employees and organizations. It expects that can have some certain inspiration to management practices of enterprises in China.
