摘要
大连市是我国特大城市之一 ,城市开发历史较短 ,但自改革开放以来 ,城市迅速崛起 ,目前已具相当规模 .伴随着城市的快速增长 ,小城镇在其辐射、带动下发展很快 ,不仅成为城市充满活力的经济细胞 ,更使农村地区的社会、经济生活有了质的飞跃 ,有助于从内涵上完成城市化过程 .由于小城镇的这种城乡纽带作用 ,使其发展受到政策的鼓励和保护 .本文从大连市小城镇的发展现状出发 ,分析其特点 。
Dalian is one of the big cities in our country. In the past 20 years, the city has expanded so fast that now it has become and ecnomic and trade center in Northeast China. Under such circumstances, the small towns in this region are given a good chance to develop themselvse as the important and effective supplementary part in the urban system. They are playing the role to improve the social and ecnomic life in rural area, so their development has been guided and paid much attention by the government. Based on such background, this paper expands on the developing status and their distinguish features of small towns, then give some suggestions about how to construct them properly.
