摘要
目的:研究青附颗粒对原发性痛经的影响。方法:用雌激素和缩宫素复制大、小鼠痛经模型,观察青附颗粒对大、小鼠痛经模型的影响;用肌动描记技术记录子宫环的收缩曲线,研究青附颗粒对离体小鼠子宫自发收缩及催产素致小鼠子宫强直收缩的影响。结果:青附颗粒4.8 g/kg、2.4 g/kg能明显减少小鼠的扭体次数,2.4 g/kg、1.2 g/kg能明显减少大鼠的扭体次数;青附颗粒2.00 mg/ml、1.00 mg/ml、0.50 mg/ml显著抑制离体小鼠子宫自发性及缩宫素诱发的离体小鼠子宫收缩的强度、频率。结论:青附颗粒有解痉止痛作用。
Objective： To study the effect of Qingfu Granula on primary dysmenorrhea.Methods：Dysmenorrheal model was made by ip oxytocin after giving estradiol benzoate for 10 days,and the effect of Qingfu Granula on dysmenorrheal mice and rats were observed.Contratile curves of isolated uterine segments was recorded and the effect of Qingfu Granula on the uterine contraction was compared before and after drug.Results： Compared to the dysmenorrheal model group,Qingfu Granula 4.8g/kg,2.4g/kg reduced the twists of the dysmenorrheal mice.Qingfu Granula 2.00 mg/ml,1.00 mg/ml,0.50 mg/ml inhibited the force,frequency of the uterine contraction significantly.Conclusion： Qingfu Granula posses an anti-dysmenorrhea effect.
