摘要
由于钴、镍、铜、铬有色离子的吸收光谱严重重叠 ,较难用光度法选择性测定试样中单一元素 .为了探讨不经分离直接测定样品中的单一元素 ,应用主成分回归法处理校正样吸光度数据 ,并根据校正样中的单一已知元素浓度向量求算浓度转换向量 ,转换向量求出后就可对任意待测样吸光度向量进行转换从而求出待求组分的浓度 .对不同比例的钴、镍、铜、铬合成样分析均取得了满意结果 .
Since the spectra of Cu 2+ ,Co 2+ ,Ni 2+ ,Cr 3+ overlap seriously,it is not easy to determine single element and the principal component regression method for selective determination of Cu 2+ ,Co 2+ ,Ni 2+ ,Cr 3+ in their mixtures was developed and described.In the method,the transformation vector from abstract concentration matrix to true concentration was calculated with a set of standard samples and the principal component matrix.When having determined the transformation vector,it is used to predict the content of Cu 2+ ,Co 2+ ,Ni 2+ ,Cr 3+ in unknown samples.The method here has been successfully applied to determine Cu 2+ ,Co 2+ ,Ni 2+ ,Cr 3+ in the synthetic samples.
