噪声习服对风洞噪声致听觉损伤的保护作用 被引量:5

The Protection of Sound Conditioning against Hearing Loss Induced by Wind Tunnel Noise

摘要 目的探讨噪声习服对风洞噪声致听觉损伤的保护作用。方法取健康成年豚鼠100只,随机分为噪声习服后暴露组(A组)和直接暴露组(B组)各50只。A组动物先连续七天暴露于习服噪声后再连续七天暴露于模拟强风洞噪声,B组直接暴露于模拟强风洞噪声7天。分别于实验前、习服噪声暴露后、模拟强风洞噪声暴露后检测各组豚鼠ABR反应阈。结果 A组实验前、习服后、强风洞噪声暴露后ABR反应阈分别为13.45±4.96、20.41±8.22、28.58±10.19dB SPL,B组实验前、强风洞噪声暴露后ABR反应阈分别为:14.88±4.47、26.57±9.89dB SPL。强风洞噪声暴露后A组豚鼠ABR反应阈阈移(8.18±7.96dB)小于B组(11.69±10.92dB)(P<0.05)。结论习服噪声和强风洞噪声暴露均可引起听力损失,但噪声习服可对其后强风洞噪声暴露导致的听力损伤有一定的保护作用。 Objective To investigate the auditory protection of sound conditioning against hearing loss induced by wind tunnel noise.Methods One hundred healthy guinea pigs with normal Preyer's reflex were used.The animals were randomly divided into two groups:noise-conditioning followed by high-level noise group(Group A,50guinea pigs)and high-level noise exposed group(Group B,50guinea pigs).The high-level noise group(Group A)was exposed firstly the conditioning sound and then simulated wind tunnel noise,while the high-level noise exposed group(Group B)was immediately exposed to simulated wind tunnel noise.Threshold of auditory brainstem response(ABR)was respectively tested with auditory electrical physiological method before experiment,after the sound-conditioning and after sound exposure.Results The ABR threshlolds of high-level noise group(Group A)were 13.45±4.96dB SPL before experiment,20.41±8.22dB SPL after the sound-conditioning and 28.58±10.19dB SPL after sound exposure,respectively.Those of high-level noise exposed group(Group B) were 14.88±4.47dB SPL before experiment and 26.57±9.89dB SPL after sound exposure.Compared with the ABR threshlolds before the exposure,a significant increase was observed in high-level noise exposed group after exposed wind tunnel noise(P0.05).However,the sound-conditioning in advance could reduce the increase of ABR threshold(P0.05).Conclusion High-level wind tunnel noise exposure can result in hearing loss.With appropriate noise condition,sound conditioning could protect against the hearing loss induced by high-level wind tunnel noise exposure.
