摘要
目的探讨3～6岁听障儿童与健听儿童嗓音声学特征的差异。方法对3～6岁听障儿童(听障组)和健听儿童(健听组)各100例,采用嗓音疾病评估仪分别检测基频(F0)、基频标准差(F0SD)、基频微扰(jitter)、振幅微扰(shimmer)、标准化噪声能量(NNE),比较两组差异。结果听障组与健听组的shimmer和NNE差异无统计学意义,听障儿童的F0、F0SD、jitter显著或极显著高于健听儿童;3、4岁健听儿童的NNE显著低于5、6岁健听儿童,而3～6岁听障儿童的NNE差异无统计学意义。结论与健听儿童相比,听障儿童发声时更容易出现音调过高、音调变化过大和粗糙声。
Objective To compare the voice acoustic characteristics between 3～6years old hearing-impaired children and normal hearing children.Methods The voice data were collected from 100of 3～6years old hearingimpaired children and 100of 3～6years old normal hearing children.The voice acoustic parameters,including F0,F0SD,jitter,shimmer and NNE were recorded by Voice Assessment,and analysis of variance was used for the voice acoustic.Results The values of F0,F0SD,jitter were significantly different on hearing levels.The F0,F0SD and jitter of children with hearing impairment were significantly higher than those of in normal hearing children.The values of shimmer,NNE had no differences on hearing levels.The value of NNE had significant difference on age,while the age had no influence on F0,F0SD,jitter and shimmer.The value of NNE in the normal hearing children aged 3 and 4years old were significantly higher than those of in the aged 5and 6years old,but the value of NNE of the children with hearing impairment aged from 3to 6were not significantly different.Conclusion Compared with the normal hearing children,the hearing-impaired children are easier to suffer from high pitch,big change of pitch and harsh voice,and with the age increasing,the glottal closure of hearing-impaired children appear not to decrease gradually.
