摘要
目的:观察针刀疗法结合益气温经中药口服对老年性肩周炎的临床治疗效果。方法:按就诊顺序将128名门诊老年性肩周炎患者随机分为2组,即治疗组和对照组,2组一般资料比较没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组64例采用针刀结合益气温经中药口服治疗;对照组64例主要采用药物封闭方法治疗,3个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组64例,其中30例临床治愈,23例显效,8例有效,3例无效,治疗组治愈率46.9%,总有效率95.3%;对照组64例,其中22例临床治愈,17例显效,16例有效,9例无效,对照组治愈率34.4%,总有效率85.9%,2组患者的治愈率及总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刀结合益气温经中药口服治疗老年性肩周炎疗效确切,能够消除或明显减轻症状,提高老年患者的生活质量,有临床推广应用的价值。
Objetive：To observe the clinic treatment effect of Acupotomy Therapy and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicines for yiqiwenjing drugs on senile scapulohumeral periarthritis. Method： Randomly divide the 128 senile scapulohumeral periarthritis outpatients into two groups-treatment group and matched group. There is no statistical significance for the general data compare of the two groups （P 〉 0. 05）. The 64 outpatients in the treatment group was treated by Acupotomy Therapy and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicines for yiqiwenjing; The 64 outpatients in the matched group was treated by drug blocking method. The treatment effects were observed after 3 courses of treatment. Result： 30 among 64 outpatients in the treatment group were clinically cured, and 23 were effected, 8 effective, and 8 invalid, with a cure rate of 46.9% and a total effective rate of 95.3% ; 22 among 64 outpatients in the matched group were clinically cured, and 17 were effected, 16 effective, and 9 invalid, with a cure rate of 34.4% and a total effective rate of 85.9% ~ There is statistical significance for the general data compare of cure rate and total effective rate of the two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The treatment effect of Acupotomy Therapy and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicines for yiqiwenjing on senile scapulohumeral periarthritis is definite. The method can eliminate or obviously relieve the symptom and improve the quality of life of senile patients, and is provided with value of clinical popularization and application.
