摘要
调查发现,西部农村职业教育在发展中存在诸多问题,具体表现在:对发展职业教育的重要性认识不足;投入不足,办学条件亟待改善;办学定位和培养目标存在偏差;人才培养质量和教师业务素质及课程体系与学科内容的科学性有待提高,等等。针对这些问题,西部农村职业教育应以服务"三农"为重要使命,加大投入,开展招生及人才培养模式改革,提高人才培养质量。
The investigation finds that many problems exist in the development process of rural vocational education in West China,especially consisting in： insufficient understanding on the importance of developing vocational education,the shortage of investment and the urgent need of improving school-running conditions,the deviation of school-running orientation and cultivation objectives,the urgent need of improving talents cultivation quality,the teachers＇ professional quality and the scientificity of course system and subject contents,etc.In light of these problems,rural vocational education in the West China should regard serving ＂three rural issues＂ as the important mission,increase the investment,reform the recruitment and talents cultivation mode as well as improve the talents cultivation quality.
