我国县域职业教育的困境和出路——以吉林省抚松县为个案的分析 被引量:5

On Dilemma and Possible Solution for Vocational Education in Suburb China——A Case Study in Fusong,Jilin

摘要 随着我国产业结构的升级,市场对中高级技术人才迫切的需求与职业教育低迷发展态势之间的矛盾正日益突出。通过对有代表性县域作麻雀解剖式的个案分析,可以发现制约职业教育发展的主要因素包括政府决策和投入、社会观念、办学方向和模式等。应该明确发展职业教育主要是政府的行为,进一步加大职业教育投入,整合职教资源和改革人才培养模式,使职业教育与农村经济发展更好地实现良性互动。 With the upgrading of industrial structure in China, there is an increasing need for work stuff with superior technological skills which our current vocational education seems to fail to provide. Through detailed analysis of the situation in a representative suburb town, Fusong, we come up with a conclusion that the main obstructing factors of vocational education include: governmental policy decision and input, social concept, schooling belief and pattern, etc. We propose that our government should be in charge of the development of vocational education. The government should increase the financial support for vocational education, integrate teaching sources and improve the schooling pattern, so as to realize an effective interaction between vocational education and rural economical development.
