摘要
为进一步满足冶炼对铁精矿质量的要求,梅山铁矿选矿厂需降低铁精矿中SiO2的含量。为此,对生产出的强磁精矿进行了正浮选和细筛—再磨强磁选2种工艺流程的降硅试验研究。试验结果表明:2种工艺都能有效降低总精矿中的SiO2含量至4%以下,虽回收率有所损失,但最终精矿的碱比明显提高,矿石的自熔性变好,建议对这2种工艺进行试验室扩大连续试验和工业试验,以为现场技术改造提供参考依据。
Reduce the content of SiO2 in iron ore concentrate become a necessity for Meishan iron ore, in order to well meet the smelting requirements of iron ore quality. Study was conducted with posi- tive flotation and fine sieve-regrinding and strong magnetic process separately. The results showed that: both of the two process could ruduce the content of SiO2 to 4% in total concentrate, though recovery rate was lower, but the alkali ratio significantly increased, and the self-fluxing quality become better. Labora- tory and industrial tests was suggested to continue, in order to provide reference basis for on-site process.
