摘要
采用"弱磁选-中磁场磁选-强磁选"工艺流程处理某混合型贫铁矿石,实现了铁、钛、钒综合回收:弱磁选磁铁矿精矿铁品位为62.23%、铁回收率为49.65%;中磁场钛铁矿精矿铁品位为46.11%、铁回收率为23.96%,钛品位为46.03%、钛回收率为82.98%;强磁选赤铁矿精矿铁品位为52.58%、铁回收率为15.13%。钒在钛铁矿(回收率为41.96%)、磁铁矿(回收率为24.51%)中得到富集。
The processing flow-sheet of Low intensity mag- netic separation-medium intensity magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation was used to process a lean iron ore mixture, the comprehensive recovery of Fe, Ti and V were realized, a magnetite concentrate with Fe grade of 62.23%and recovery of 49.65% was obtained by low intensity magnetic separation, an ilmenite concentrate with Fe grade of 46.11% and recovery of 23.96%, TiOz grade of 46. 03% and recovery of 82. 98% was obtained by medium intensity magnetic separation, a limonite concentrate with Fe grade of 52.58%and recovery of 15.13% was obtained by high inten- sity magnetic separation. V was enriched in hematite (recov- ery of 41.96%) and magnetite (recovery of 24.51%).
