摘要 针对目前系统和失效分析难以有效获取产品技术问题产生的根本原因,进而带来解决问题不彻底的现象,基于根源分析方法和面向问题的创新策略,提出并开发了一种基于根源分析的创新问题求解方法及其原型系统。从寻找问题根源、策略化解决问题、知识库和方案管理评价等方面对为设计人员解决产品问题提供辅助性的工具。利用JAVA技术构建并开发了相应功能模块,并以一个无线网络连接问题的求解过程验证了该系统的可行性。 For the difficulties in the current system and failure analysis to get the root causes of product technical issues,which causes troubles of solving completely.Based on root cause analysis and problem-oriented innovation strategy,it proposed an innovative problem-solving method and prototype system which was bulit on root cause analysis and got developed.The designers were provided with auxiliary tool in solving products'problems from finding the root cause of the problems,solving problems strategicly,the knowledge base and program management evaluation,building and developing the corresponding function modules with Java technology,and verifing the feasibility of the system with a connection problem in wireless work.
