摘要
介绍了统计过程控制(Statistical Process Control,简称SPC)的原理、控制图类型以及SPC在江铃铸造厂过程控制中的运用,展示了SPC技术在质量管理中的重要作用。将SPC有效地结合到质量管理中,可使质量控制由事后严格检验转变为事前积极预防,对生产过程的异常趋势提出预警,提高产品质量,降低成本。
The article introduces the theory of statistical process control （SPC） , the type of control chart and the SPC application in process control of Jiangling Casting Plant, and shows the importance of SPC in the quality management. Combining SPC into the quality management effectively can discover the quality problems before the event instead of the strict inspection after the event and issue the precaution against the abnormal tendency in the production. It can improve quality with lower cost.
