摘要
目的:掌握2010-2012年深圳市某区托幼机构消毒效果,为提高消毒质量提供科学依据,促进托幼机构消毒工作规范化。方法:参照国家GB15982-1995、GB14934-1994和《广东省医疗机构、托幼机构消毒质量监测技术方案》标准,对该区内托幼机构消毒质量进行监测,采用SPSS17.0统计软件分析监测数据。结果:深圳市该区连续3年消毒质量监测合格率分别为95.61%、94.63%和93.54%,差异具有统计意义(χ2=19.701,P<0.001)。公立托幼机构消毒监测合格率(99.68%)较私立的(95.70%)高,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=11.995,P<0.001)。各类监测项目3年消毒质量监测合计合格率差异具有统计学意义(χ2=19.701,P<0.001)。结论:深圳市该区公立比私立托幼机构消毒质量高,工作人员手消毒水平需继续提高,辖区疾控机构应加大私立托幼机构的消毒监测、监督工作。
Objective：To grasp the disinfection effects of nurseries in a district from 2010 to 2012, to provide a scien- tific basis to improve the quality of disinfection, to promote the disinfection standards of childcare institutions. Methods： Referring national GB15982-1995 ,GB14934-1994 and the program standards of disinfection quality monitoring technol- ogy of medical institutions, ehildeare institutions in Guangdong province, monitoring disinfection quality of nurseries in this district. SPSS17. 0 statistical software was used to analyze monitoring data. Results：The pass rates of disinfection quality monitoring for three consecutive years were 95. 61%, 94. 63% and 93. 54%, the differences were statistically significant （X^2 = 19. 701, P〈0. 001）. Public nurseries disinfection monitoring pass rate （99. 68%） compared to private （95. 70%）, a statistically significant difference （X^2 = 11. 995, P〈0. 001）. The differences of total qualified rates of three years＇disinfection quality monitoring of all types of projects were statistically significant （X^2=19. 701, P〈 0. 001）. Conclusion： In this district of Shenzhen city, the disinfection quality of public nurseries was higher than private nurseries,the staff hand disinfection levels would need to continue to improve, the CDC should increase the private nurseries disinfection monitoring,supervision and work.
