摘要
目的了解厦门市托幼机构卫生消毒质量工作,分析存在的问题,以便进一步加强管理与改进。方法 2013~2014年对辖区内托幼机构采用随机抽样检测,调查其消毒效果。结果厦门市托幼机构连续2年监测总合格率85.93%,合格率由低到高依次为空气〈工作人员手〈物体表面〈餐（饮）具。结论托幼机构卫生消毒质量有待提高,托幼机构应进一步加强自身消毒质量的管理,完善消毒管理制度,及时改进消毒过程中存在的不足。
Objective To know the sanitary disinfection quality work in nurseries and kindergartens in Xiamen City,and analyze the existing problems in order to further strengthen the management and improve them. Methods Random sampling examination was conducted in nurseries and kindergartens within the jurisdiction from 2013 to 2014, and their disinfection effects were investigated. Results The monitoring total qualification rates of nurseries and kindergartens in Xiamen City for two consecutive years were 85.93%, and the qualification rates in an increasing order occurred in air, staff hands, object surfaces and table ware respectively. Conclusion Sanitation quality in nurseries and kindergartens should be improved, and should further strengthen its own disinfection quality management, improve disinfection management system, and timely improve the lack existing in sterilization process.
