摘要
全面系统地分析大学生就业能力结构,不仅是加强就业能力应用与开发的基础和前提,也是加强高校就业工作、破解大学生就业难题的必要途径。本文提出求职者的就业能力结构由社会兼容度、就业人格和准职业形象三个维度构成。在大学生就业能力结构框架下,进一步构建我国大学生就业能力的评估策略及其培养框架,注重大学生就业能力的分类培养,探索基于就业能力提升的社会实践教学模式刻不容缓。
The comprehensive and systematic analysis on college students' employability is not only the basis and premise of enhancing the application and development of their employability, but also an essential way to strengthen college's employment work and alleviate their employment problems. Exploratory factor analysis based on a measure of employability revealed that the structure of college students' employability consists of three dimensions: social compatibility, working personality and prospective career image. Under this framework, it demands immediate action to further build evaluation strategy, emphasize classified training, and explore the practical teaching methods to improve employability.
