摘要
从方法论的角度分析了极坐标法齿轮测量系统的标准量、瞄准、测微和定位误差对渐开线齿形测量精度的影响。通过分析得出极坐标法比展成法更易达到较高测量精度的结论。
Effects of the reference quantity deviation, probing and positioning errors on the accuracy of gear involute measurement by the polar coordinate measuring system are analyzed by the methodology. It is concluded that the high measuring accuracy can be realized more easily by the polar coordinate measuring system than by the involute generating measuring system.
