摘要 本文在电镀铁-镍-磷合金探讨(I)的基础上研究了以次磷酸代替次亚磷酸钠,次亚磷酸代替次磷酸的镀液及镀层性能.从选样的槽液中获得的Fe-Ni-P合金镀层平滑、均匀、呈银白色光亮,结合力强,耐蚀性好.镀层硬度为280~300Hv.镀层含铁57.6~64.8%Fe,32.1~39.2%Ni,2.6~3.1%磷. Another investigation in electroplating Fe-Ni-P alloy was conducted on the basis of the author's first survey and with the same bath only by substituting H(H2_PO_2) for NaH_2PO_2. H_2O and H(H_2PO_2) for H(H_2PO_2). The deposit thus obtained is silvery white, smooth, uniform and bright, with higher corrosion resistance, better adherence and a hardness of 280~300Hv. The film is composed of 57.6~64.8% Fe, 32.1~39.2% Ni and 2.6%~3.1% P.
