摘要
汕头石大桥为国内第一座混合型箱梁大跨度斜拉桥。主跨 5 18m及 2个侧边跨各 10 0 m均采用钢箱梁 ,两端接 2× 47m锚跨采用预应力混凝土箱形梁。斜拉索采用全封闭镀锌钢绞线新构造 ,并外接粘性剪切阻尼器抑振以及基础采用组合式套箱高桩承台深水基础。介绍大桥主孔斜拉桥中采用的混合梁结构、有 4层防护的平行钢绞线斜拉索新结构、外接粘性剪切阻尼器 (HCA)以及深水主塔基础的新方案及工艺。
Shantou Queshi Bridge is the first long span, cable stayed composite box girder birdge at home. The 518 m main span of the bridge and the 100 m flanking span on each side of the main span are all of steel box girders. The 2×47 m anchor spans on further sides are of prestressed concrete box girders. The stay cables are characteristic of a new structure of entirely sealed and galvanized strands, and viscous shearing dampers are attached to the outside of the cables. The foundations of the bridge proper are sited in deep water,and are in form of elevated pier bases on high piles.In this paper, the innovative technical achieve ments of the cable stayed spans of the bridge are presented. Included in the achievements are mainly the composite girder structure for main spans, new structure of parallel strands for stay cables with 4 layers of protective coatings, viscous shearing dampers attached out side, and new schemes, construction procedures and underwater controlled explosion for deep water foundations of pylons, etc.
