综述了微量锑在电镀中应用的一些进展.介绍含锑的镀金、镀银,镀锡等的镀液配方共13种.讨论了这些槽液的性能、特性和技术要求.
New advances on application of trace antimony in electroplating have been summarized. Thirteen bath formulae for gold, silver and tin plating containing trace amount of antimony are listed. Performance, characteristics and technical requirements of those baths are described.
