摘要
根据商品流通企业商誉及影响因素 ,构建了商品流通企业商誉的多层次模糊定价模型 ,整个分析过程为商品流通企业商誉的定量评估提供了一种新的思路。
According to the goodwill and its related element,a comprehensive evaluation model is offered to measure the goodwill of commercial enterprises. The analytical process put forth in this paper introduces new methods which maybe used to quantitatively appraise the goodwill of commercial enterprises.
