摘要
目的观察中药内服结合丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷雾剂外用治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果。方法征求患者和家属意见后将符合标准的59例患者分为两组,治疗组30例,对照组29例;治疗组采用中药内服结合丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷雾剂外用治疗,对照组单纯采用丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷雾剂外用治疗。结果治疗组患者中,显效19例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率为93.3%;对照组患者中,显效11例,有效13例,无效5例,总有效率为82.8%,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中药内服结合丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷雾剂外用治疗过敏性鼻炎效果良好.值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with nasal spray of beclomethasone dipropionate for external application in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods After got agreements from patients and their families,59 participants meeting the criteria were divided into two groups： treatment group （n=30）and control group （n=29）.In the control group,only nasal spray of heelomethasone dipropionate was used externally,while in the treatment group,on the basis of treatment in the control group,oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine was added. Results The number of excellence,effectiveness,and ineffectiveness in the treatment group were 19,9,and 2 respectively,the total effective rate was 93.3%. While in the control group,the number of excellence,effectiveness,and ineffectiveness were 11,13,and 5 respectively,the total effective rate was 82.8%.the dif- ferences of the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion On treating allergic rhinitis,application of oral administration of Chinese medicine combined with nasal spray of beclomethasone dipropionate externally can ob- tain an optimum effect,which is worthy of extension.
