儿童病毒性腹泻研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 感染性腹泻在儿童中的发病率仅次于呼吸道感染,是一个全球性的严重的公共卫生问题,在发展中国家5岁以下儿童中尤为突出。随着卫生条件的改善与抗生素的使用,儿童感染性腹泻中细菌性因素的比例逐步下降,而由病毒引起的腹泻所占比例越来越多。目前常见的引起儿童腹泻的病毒包括轮状病毒(rotavirus,RV)、星状病毒(astrovirus,AstV)、肠腺病毒(enteric adenovirus,EAdv)、诺如病毒(norovirus,NoV)、扎幌病毒(Sapporo virus,SaV)等。
