摘要
针对目前电力设施不断更新而管理手段较为落后的情况 ,提出自动制图与设施管理的地理信息系统这一种运行管理工作台的信息化管理工具 ,及其在供电部门的应用解决方案。采用这一手段将大大提高工作效率 ,为供电企业的科学管理提供基础信息 ,实现供电管理现代化。
Seeing that the conventional data management means cannot meet the demands of developing power production, the author presents an information management tool serving at operational administrative platform, the AM/FM/GIS (automated mapping / facilities management / geographic information system), as well as schemes of its application in power suppliers. The adoption of the proposed system can considerably enhance work efficiency and modernize power supply management.
