摘要 运用热平衡原理,建立了基于电厂实时数据的热力计算模型。对电厂分散控制系统(DCS)采集的实时数据进行预处理,考虑了机组负荷和燃用煤质变化的影响。从机组运行经济性和安全性出发,综合机组负荷、减温水量和各受热面灰污因子等重要因素,制定了比较实用的吹灰优化策略。在某厂600 MW机组计算机在线监测系统上投运,该吹灰系统能够及时准确地提供吹灰指导,初步实现了针对锅炉对流受热面的吹灰指导。 According to heat balance principles,thermal calculation model is established based on the on-line operating data in a power plant.Taking into account the effect on the change of coal and boiler load,the on-line operating data acquired from DCS(Distribution Control System)is filtering pretreated.Based on the security and efficiency of operation in power plant and considering the combination of unit load,the quality of desuperheating water and fouling factors,etc,a practicable strategy of sootblowing optimization is presented.The strategy was applied to the ash monitoring and sootblowing advisory system in a 600 MW unit,the system can provide opportune and exact sootblowing guide for the operators.The primary guidance of sootblowing for convection heat transfer surfaces is achieved.
