摘要 信息时代,网络技术在工业自动化生产方面推动了许多技术的变革.传统的轧机控制,多系统间往往采用硬接线的联系方式,工程量大,可靠性差.而工业以太网的应用,则使得多系统间的数据传输,变得安全、可靠、实用.针对采用网络通讯技术所完成的12辊冷轧机电气传动与控制系统改造项目,介绍了MMS协议在工业以太网及DriveBus在光纤传动网中的应用,说明了网络技术在工业生产领域中的实际价值. The application of network technology prompts many innovations in automated production in industry. Traditionally the mill control is utilized by hard wiring among the multiple systems. It requires large quantity of work with low reliability. With the application of industrial Ethernet, the data transmission among multiple systems becomes safe, reliable and practical. In this paper,the remodeling project of the drive and control system for the 12 high reversing cold rolling mill in our company is introduced. The application of the MMS protocol to the industrial Ethernet and that of drive bus to the fiber-optical communication are discussed. The remodeling project is based on the application of the network technology. Its success demonstrates the value of the network technology in industrial productions.
