摘要
传统的电力远动规约已经难以适应网络化电力远动的发展。以IEC 61850中抽象通信服务接口(ACSI)的信息与服务模型为基础,采用制造报文规范(MMS)作为实时通信协议,建立了基于ACSI/MMS网关的远动通信模型,并设计了由协议转换器、ACSI/MMS服务接口、MMS服务提供者和MMS协议机所构成的ACSI/MMS网关的软件结构。通过基于ACSI/MMS的电力远动原型系统的开发和测试,验证了模型的正确性和方案的可行性。
It is not enough for the development of networked power system telecontrol by the current communication protocols. Based on information and services models of abstract communication service interface (ACSI) in IEC61850, this paper applies manufacturing message specification (MMS) as the real-time communication protocol to establish a communication model for telecontrol information of a power system based on ACSI/MMS gateway. A software architecture of gateway based on ACSI/MMS is designed which includes protocol transformer, ACSI/MMS service interface, MMS provider and MMS protocol machine. The validity and feasibility of the proposed models and methods have been proven through developing and testing a prototype system for power telecontrol information communication based on ACSI/MMS.
