摘要
夹渣缺陷是板卷常见的缺陷,影响成品质量。通过分析板卷夹渣缺陷产生的原因,采取了控制开浇操作、控制浸入式水口渣线、控制涨杆以及控制结晶器液面等措施,使板卷夹渣缺陷问题得到了有效地控制。
Slag inclusion defects are the common defects of plate rolling,affecting product quality.Through the analysis of plate rolling slag defects,Pouring operation,sen slag line,the expanding rod,mould level and other measures are taken control,so that the plate rolling slag defects problem has been effectively controlled.
