摘要
目的:观察电针次髎、会阳治疗神经源性急迫性尿失禁5年随访的有效性及安全性。方法:随访电针组1、2及5年,观察该疗法的有效性及安全性。结果:电针组近期治愈率35.0%,有效率55.0%,总有效率90.0%;1年后总有效率65%,2年后总有效率41.9%,5年后总有效率26.9%,失访共14例。在治疗过程中,电针组除部分患者诉疼痛、便秘外,未发现其它副作用;5年随访过程中,无1例出现副作用。结论:电针次髎、会阳治疗神经源性急迫性尿失禁近期疗效突出,远期疗效较好,可操作性强,费用低廉,是一种安全的、有良好耐受性的治疗方法,适合临床推广应用。
Objective ： Observing the efficaciousness and security of puncturing BL32 BL25 with elect acupuncture to treat neurologic urge incontinence of urine by visit them subsequently for 5 years. Methods：Evaluating the effective rate of this treatment and observing the side effects such as the pain, the constipation, the haematoma, the infection, the needles＇breaking off and the pelvises functional discarder after puncturing by telephone or visit their homes. Results ：The recently cured rate was 35.0%, the effective rate was 55.0%, the total effective rate was 90.0%. After 1 years the total effective rate was 65%. After 2 years the total effective rate was 41.9%. After 5 years the total effective rate was 26.9%. Fourteen cases were missing. The total missing rate was 35%. No other side effect was found in the treatment, except pain and constipation found in some patients. No side effect was found in 5 years＇ visit subsequently. Conclusion：The effect of puncturing BL32 BL35 with elect acupuncture in the near future to treat neurologic urge incontinence of urine is outstanding. The recurrent rate reduced year by year and the effect in the long future could go on for 5 years. The manipulation is easy and the cost is very little. It is a safety and well endurance treatment. It was recommended that the time of subsequently visit should be more than 5 years.
