新疆伊犁地区400例哈萨克族变应性皮肤病患者血清过敏原特异性IgE抗体检测与分析 被引量:2

Detection and analysis of serum specific immunoglobulin E antibody in 400 kazak patients with allergic dermatosis in YiLi region of Xinjiang

摘要 目的探讨新疆伊犁地区哈萨克族变态反应性皮肤病患者血清过敏原特异性IgE抗体水平。方法采用瑞典Pharmacia UniCAP100全自动过敏原定量检测系统检测哈萨克族变态反应性皮肤病患者血清过敏原特异性IgE抗体(sIgE)和总IgE抗体(TIgE)。结果 400例变态反应性皮肤病患者血清过敏原特异性IgE阳性率73.5%(294/400),其中吸入组中以屋尘过敏原特异性IgE抗体检出比例最高,达25.25%(101/400);其次是户尘螨,达16.75%(67/400)。在食物组中以牛奶过敏原特异性IgE抗体检出比例最高,达7.25%(29/400),其次是花生,达3.5%(14/400)。从性别上来看,男女在一些过敏原上差异有统计学意义。从年龄上来看,<14岁组和>14组在一些过敏原上,经统计分析差异有统计学意义。结论特异性IgE抗体和总IgE检测可以帮助临床寻找相应的过敏原,为变态反应性皮肤病的预防和治疗提供参考。 Objective To investigate the level of serum specific immunoglobulin E (sIgE) antibody in kazak patients with allergic dermatosis in YiLi region of Xinjiang. Methods A total of 400 kazak patients with allergic dermatosis in YiLi region of Xinjiang were enrolled in this study. Pharmacia UniCAP-100 checking method was used to measure serum sIgE and tIgE in these subjects. Results The positive rate of sIgE was 73.5% (294/400). The most common inhalation allergen was housedust with a prevalence of 25.25% ( 101/ 400), followed by house dust mites ( 16. 75%, 67/400). Among food allergen, the highest positive rate was milk (72.5%, 29/400), followed by peanut (35% , 14/400). Moreover, significant difference was observed in the frequency of sensitization to some allergens between female and male patients and between patients no more than 14 years and those older 14 years (all P〈0. 05). Conclusion Detection of serum sIgE and tIgE could help to find out associated allergens, which may provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of common allergic dermatosis.
