摘要
目的利用IVT过敏原体外检测系统对慢性湿疹、慢性荨麻疹、哮喘患者特异性IgE的检测,以期查找过敏原,治疗原发病。方法选用美国ASI公司生产的IVT过敏原体外检测试剂盒对117例过敏性疾病患者进行特异性IgE检测。结果IgE阳性109例(93.16%);慢性湿疹36例(94.74%);慢性荨麻疹62例(93.94%);支气管哮喘11例(84.62%)。结论通过IVT法检测患者血清中IgE抗体水平,对临床诊断和治疗有重要的参考价值。
Objective To use IVT sensitionogen extrinsic detection system on serological specificity IgE of chronic ecaema,chronic urticaria,bronchial asthma patients in order to find the sensitionogen and cure the primary disease. Methods The kit produced by ASI Company of America has been used to make the extrinsic detection on IVT sensitinogen. Result IgE were positive in 109 cases (93.16%) in which chronic ecaema had 36 cases (94.74%),62 cases of chronic urticaria (93.94%),11 cases of bronchial asthma(84.62%). Conclusion The detection of IgE antibody standard of serum may offer important values for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
