Er离子掺杂ZnS量子点的水相法合成及性能

Preparation and Properties of Er-doped ZnS Quantum Dots by Aqueous Synthesis Approach

摘要 采用巯基乙酸作为稳定剂,用水相法合成了ZnS:Er量子点。分别利用X射线衍射、透射电镜、荧光光谱对其物相、形貌及光学性能进行了研究。研究结果表明:合成的ZnS:Er量子点形状为球形,粒度约10 nm。ZnS:Er量子点的发射峰为445 nm和470 nm,分别为S空位和Zn空位发光。 ZnS: Er quantum dots were synthesized by aqueous synthesis approach using thioglycolic acid as stabilizers. The crystalline,microscopy and luminescent properties of ZnS: Er quantum dots were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) ,transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and photoluminescence (PL) spectra. The results show that ZnS: Er quantum dots are spheroidal particles and the size is about 10 nm. In PL spectra, the emission peaks of ZnS: Er are bout 445 nm and 470 nm,which are attributed to sulfur and zinc vacancy.
