摘要
分析了国产大型汽轮发电机近年来因制造、安装及检修中遗留金属异物而造成严重故障的基本特征 ,提出了防范措施 ,并利用专门的交变磁场对 11种不同形状及性质的常见金属体做了模拟试验 。
The basic features of serious faults occurred in recent years caused by foreign metallic body left in the stators of domestic turbogenerators during manufacture, installation and repair are analyzed, these faults lead to considerable economic losses in power systems. The simulation tests of 11 common metallic bodies with different shape and characteristics are performed in special AC magnetic filed, therefore, the serious aftermaths caused by heating and mechanical oscillation of metallic bodies in AC magnetic field are verified, thus some countermeasures for the this kind of fault are put forward.
