摘要
继电器是航天型号采用的重要控制元件,但有相当比例的继电器含有能引起失效的多余物粒子,本文分析了继电器多余物粒子产生的原因及危害性,介绍了用颗粒碰撞噪声检测(PIND)试验检测继电器多余物粒子的原理、技术条件及应用情况。
As electronic parts,different kinds of relays are widely used in space products, but in a considerable proportion of relays there are unnecessary particles which can result in product failure.The causes and danger of unnecessary particles are analysed and an effective detection method using Particle Impact Noise Detection System is introduced.
