摘要
定量分析了三峡电站年径流量分布的不均衡特点 ,考虑了三峡电站航运、排洪等综合效益对发电及调峰能力的限制。根据三峡电力系统的特点和负荷特性 ,指出华中、华东电网季节性消纳三峡电站电力的可能性 ,认为不宜采用抽水蓄能电站来解决汛期弃水调峰问题。最后讨论了三峡电站上网电价的问题 。
Considering the influence of the comprehensive benefits in flood discharge and shipping on the ability of power generation and peak load regulation, the characteristic of unbalanced distribution of annual runoff volume of the Three Gorges Plant is quantitatively analyzed. According to the features of the Three Gorges Power System and its load characteristics, it is pointed out that to consume the power of Three Gorges Plant by Central China Power Grid and East China Power Grid seasonally is possible. It is also considered that to solve the problem of peak load regulation by pumped storage power plant in flood period is not suitable. Finally, The electricity tariff of the Three Gorges Power Plant is discussed. The author considers that based on the relevant policy this electricity tariff calculated will be not too expensive.
