摘要
目的探讨前后联合入路治疗复杂髋臼骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2006年1月至2012年1月期间我院采用经髂腹股沟入路联合K-L入路手术治疗32例复杂髋臼骨折患者的临床资料。结果全部32例患者均顺利完成手术,无1例术中死亡,手术时间为(2.9±0.7)h,术中失血量为(820±190)mL,全部患者均获得1～3年随访,出现异位骨化者3例,髋臼复位满意率为93.8%,髋关节功能总优良率为90.6%。结论前后联合入路治疗复杂髋臼骨折疗效显著,具有暴露充分、复位方便、固定可靠、功能恢复好等优点,值得临床推广应用。
