摘要
思想政治理论课承担着为社会主义现代化建设事业培养合格人才的重任。面对新形势和独立学院学生的特殊性,思想政治理论课的教学不仅对学生提出了新要求,而且对教师的教学行为提出了新挑战。因此,必须从独立学院"教"与"学"两个层面上研究影响思想政治理论课教学效果的因素,构建以学生为中心、注重学生学习动机激发的教学模式,调动学生参与教学的积极性,着力提高教师进行教学设计的主动性,改进教学方法,建立科学合理的考核方式,切实提高独立学院思想政治理论课的教学效果。
The course of "Ideological and Political Theory" plays an important role in fostering qualified builders of socialist modernization. Under the new situation and given the characters of the students in independent colleges, the teaching of this course not only raises new requirements to students but po- ses great challenges for teachers. As such, it is necessary to study the factors influencing its teaching effectiveness at the levels of both teaching and learning in a bid to construct a student-centered teach- ing mode while promoting teachers" initiative in teaching design and improving the assessing approach.
