摘要
丁二烯抽提装置中由于存在大量的溶剂和丁二烯、炔烃等C4烃类,这些物质都是有毒、易燃、易爆的,因此防氧抗聚、防泄漏、防爆炸就成为了丁二烯装置在工程化时延长装置运行时间和增加生产安全性的重要课题。由于介质自身的物性特点,为了保证安全生产主要分析以下危险因素:二烯烃特别是高浓度的丁二烯易自聚;较高浓度C4炔烃等受热分解而引发爆炸;丁二烯、C4烃及溶剂和化学品等有爆炸、火灾危险性及毒性。
Many materials in butadiene plant,such as the solvents,butadiene and C4 hydrocarbons are toxic,flammable and explosive,therefore the oxidation,polymerization,fire and leak prevention measures are very important for the long stable operation of butadiene plant.Based on the properties of the materials,hazard analysis are made mainly on the self-polymerization of high concentrations of butadiene,the explosion due to the decomposition of C4 acetylenes,and the fire,explosion and toxicity risks of butadiene,C4 hydrocarbons and solvents.
