摘要
介绍了丁二烯3种主要生产方法,即N-甲基吡咯烷酮法(NMP)、乙腈法(ACN)、二甲基甲酰胺法(DMF)生产技术的研究开发进展,分析了国内外丁二烯的生产消费现状及发展前景。2009年,世界丁二烯的总生产能力约为1271.6万t,消费量约为950.0万t,预计2014年总消费量将达到约1150.0万t。2010年,中国丁二烯的总生产能力约为223.9万t,2009年消费量约为175.7万t,预计2015年总消费量将达到约260.0万t。提出了中国丁二烯行业今后的发展建议。
Three kinds of butadiene extractive technologies,including N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone process(NMP),acetonitrile and dimethylformamide(DMF),and their developments at home and abroad,were reviewed.Production,consumption,and development prospect of butadiene at home and abroad were analyzed.The total production capacity and consumption of butadiene in the world was about 12.716×106 t/a and 9.5×106 t/a respectively in 2009.It was forecasted that the total consumption of butadiene in the world would reach about 11.5×106 t/a in 2014.In 2010,the production capacity of a butadiene in China was about 2.239×106 t/a,with total consumption was about 1.757×106 t/a in 2009.It is forecasted that the total consumption would reach about 2.6×106 t/a in 2015.Suggestions for the development of butadiene in China were put forward.
