摘要
针对电网规划的多目标性 ,提出一种改进的多目标优化遗传算法。该算法利用多种群概念很好地完成了优化过程中的多目标归一问题 ,提高了优化速度 ,算法中的变权重因子使规划工作人员可以方便地将决策的侧重倾向加入到优化过程中 ,从而更好地符合实际需要。
This paper proposes an improved genetic algorithm for optimizing multi-objective in power network planning. Itutilizes the concept of multiple population to solve the problem of 'enclosed competition' In standard genetic algorithm andintroduces weighted factors for individual objective to meet different actual requirements. Some emulated examples show thatthe proposed method is practical for network planning.This project is supported by Science and Technology Project of Guangdong Power Bureau.
