摘要
通过对吉林省农业科技进步现状的分析 ,揭示出其主要制约因素是科技投资数量不足、投资结构不合理、科技储备不足、农科教结合不紧、农民素质偏低等 ,并由此提出 :推进农业科技进步 ,首先必须广辟资金来源 ,增加科技投入 ;其次是建立、完善新的农业科技进步体系和运行机制 ;三是努力提高人的素质 ;四是加强国际科技交流与合作。
Analysing the current situation of agricultural scientific and technologic advance in Jilin province, main factors of restraining scientific and technologic advance were shortness of scientific and technologic investment, unreasonableness of investment structure, shortness of science and technoligy reserve, slack of combination of agricultural science and education, low quality of peasant, etc So, the puts forward main countermeasures of carrying forward agricultural scientific and technologic advance The first is to open up sources of capital and strengthen scientific and technologic investment The second is to set up and perfect new system of agricultural scientific and technologic advance The third is to try to improve the quality of people The fourth is to intensify communication and cooperation of international science and technology
