摘要
通过对黄石地区农村环境污染现状调查分析,发现黄石市农村环境污染主要是农药、化肥和塑料薄膜的过量使用,养殖业尤其是矿山企业的无序发展及污染物超标排放,聚居区无环境治理基础设施等问题所造成的。针对这些环境问题,提出了科学规划、统筹农村环境基础设施,建设农村环境管理体系,加强农村环境保护法制建设,提高农民环保意识等改善环境的措施。
According to the analysis of the investigation of current situation of Huangshi rural environmental pollution, such factors as agricultural chemicals, chemical fertilizers, the excessive use of plastic film, aquiculture, especially the irregular development and the excessive emission of pollutants of mining enterprise and no environment governing infrastructure in residential community cause the Huangshi rural environmental pollution. This paper proposes the measures to improve environment including scientific planning of the rural environmental infrastructure, the construetion of rural environmental management system, enhancement of the construction of rural environmental protection laws and improving farmers＇ awareness of protecting the environment.
