黄精化合物对固齿的作用

摘要 以Swanson提出的开放式知识发现方法为基础,结合情报学的类比推理方法挖掘黄精化合物与补肾固齿关系的题录,找出黄精具有促进牙周组织细胞增殖或抑制阻止增殖的关联因子,明确黄精固齿的途径机理,完善其促牙周组织增殖、抗牙龈萎缩而固齿的假设模型,推导黄精多糖等促进牙周膜细胞的成骨作用。 The role of Polygonatum Kingianum in osteogenesis by promoting the proliferation of periodontal membrane ceils was deduced by mining the papers on relation between Seberian solomonseal rhizome compounds and reinforcing the kidney to fix the teeth with open knowledge discovery method proposed by Swanson in combination with reasoning from analogy, to find out the associated factors for the proliferation of periodontal tissue cells and the mechanism of Seberian solomonseal rhizome compounds underlying the fLxation of teeth, and to perfect the hypothesis model of Sebe- rian solomonseal rhizome compounds in fixation of teeth by promoting the proliferation of periodontal tissue cells and inhibiting the gingival atrophy.
