摘要
介绍了设备焊接与手工焊接各自的特点;阐述了焊点剪切力试验的整个过程;针对所得实验数据进行了对比和分析,发现在本试验条件下手工焊接的焊点剪切力明显大于采用设备焊接的焊点剪切力,设备焊接条件下焊点的一致性优于手工焊接;在设备焊接条件下,对于焊锡量不足的焊点可考虑采用手工补锡的办法或采用手工单独进行焊接。
The characteristics of manual soldering and equipment soldering are introduced.The whole process of the shear test is elaborated.The experiment data is analyzed and compared,it is found that the shear force by manual soldering is larger than the shear force by equipment soldering under the conditions of this experiment,the consistency of equipment soldering is better than the consistency of manual soldering.Therefore,if the solder volume of the solder joint is insufficient,under the condition of equipment soldering,the solder joint can be repaired or soldered by manual soldering.
