摘要
介绍了Deform软件在锻件锻造成形过程的选型和应用,并通过实例分析介绍了该软件在网格划分、应力和应变分析、点的跟踪等方面的应用,并提出了其存在的问题。
In this paper, Deform in the process of large forgings of the application and selection of a shaping is described. Some typical applications of Deform are demonstrated with an example in simulating metal plastic deformation such as the distribution of effective stress and effective strain, tracking of point. And views are expressed aboul existing questions.
