摘要
针对液压压力矫直机矫直金属条材-矩形方管的过程,运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了矫直过程的有限元模型。分析了矩形方管的弯曲回弹量,研究了矫直行程和两砧座支点间距对矩形方管矫直加工质量的影响,为液压压力矫直机矫直工艺的优化提供了参考。
According to the straightening process of the rectangular square tube using the hydraulic straightening machine, the finite element model of straightening process was established based on ANSYS. The rebound deflcction of the rectangular square tube was calculated. The influence of the straightening stroke and the two anvil block spacing on the straightening quality of the rectangular tube were analyzed. The resuhs provide references for technology optimization of the hydraulic pressure straightening machine.
