本文介绍了莱钢宽厚板热矫直机自动控制系统的设备结构、控制功能以及矫直模型，解决了宽厚板经过轧机轧制和快速冷却，钢板由于温度不均，变形不均，冷却的不均匀，以及运输等原因，造成的瓢曲或波浪缺陷。
In the paper, the equipment structure, control functions and straightening models were introduced, the buckling and waving defects, caused by the uneven temperature, deformation and cooling after the heavy plates went through rolling and cooling process, were solved.
