摘要
为了改进铝合金的磷酸-硫酸-硝酸化学抛光工艺,将铜离子、镍离子光亮剂单独和复合后加入抛光液中处理6063铝合金。利用光泽度仪、失重法等考察了单独使用铜离子、镍离子及二者复合使用对铝合金化学抛光的光泽度、溶铝量及抗点蚀能力的影响。结果表明:铜离子、镍离子均能提高抛光铝合金的光泽度,且铜离子的抛光促进作用更好,但其过量时容易出现过腐蚀;二者单独使用均能降低溶铝量,且镍离子降低溶铝量的效果更好;铜/镍复合使用对光泽度的提升有明显的协同效应,且溶铝量低,不易出现过腐蚀。
Copper ion and nickel ion brighteners were separately or synergistically added into the chemical polishing fluid of 6063 Al alloy so as to modify its electrochemical polishing technology in phosphoric acid-sulfuric acid nitric acid.The effects of the brighteners,separately or jointly, on the glossiness,Al dissolution rate,and pitting resistance of chemically polished Al alloy were investigated with a glossiness gauge and by weight loss method as well.Results showed that both copper ion brightener and nickel ion brightener were able to increase the glossiness of chemically polished Al alloy,and the former was more effective in promoting the chemical polishing of Al alloy but it led to over etching at a too high dosage.Besides, copper ion brightener and nickel ion brightener could separately reduce the Al dissolution rate,and nickel ion brightener was more effective in this respect.In the meantime,copper ion brightener and nickel ion brightener had obvious synergistic effect in increasing the glossiness of chemically polished Al alloy,reducing the Al dissolution rate and retarding over etching as well.
