摘要
为了加快港口集疏运 ,提高港口的服务质量及生产效率 ,本文采用了计划评审技术 (PERT)这一前馈控制方法 ,建立了集装箱码头业务流程计划评审技术模型 ,通过概率分析可以得到货物在港的逗留时间 ,并将这一模型运用到北仑集装箱码头进口业务流程中 ,分析了该集装箱码头进口业务流程的关键路线 。
To increase the speed of transport, improve the service quality and raise working efficiency, this paper uses Program Evaluation and Review Technique(PERT) which is a feed forward control approach to set up a model of container terminal PERT, and to estimate the time of the goods staying in ports by the analysis of probability.Applying the model to the import work flow of Bei Lun Container Terminal (BLCT),the paper analyses the critical routes, finds out the optimal planning and makes some suggestions.\;
