摘要
提出一种新的分形图像压缩方法 ,该方法综合了两种分形图像压缩方法的优点 ,改善了 Bath分形变换方法重构图像的质量 。
A new fractal image compression method which combines advantages of two types of fractal image compression methods is presented. With this new method, the quality of the reconstruction image encoded by Bath fractal transformation can be improved and the encoding time of standard fractal image compression is reduced.
